Returns & Exchanges Policy

At CaitlinClark22Merch.com, we take great pride in the quality of our products and have implemented strict quality control measures to ensure that every item meets our standards. For your peace of mind, we also offer a 90-day Return Policy under the following circumstances:

Covered Returns

We accept returns for the following reasons:

  • The product customization information does not match or there was an error in customization.
  • Incorrect or lost shipments.

Limited Coverage

We offer Limited Coverage for the following reasons:

  • The customer has selected the wrong size for the product.
  • Delivery time consists of processing time and shipping time. Please note that shipping time is an estimated figure provided by our carriers. If you have a specific delivery date in mind, please contact us before purchasing. In case of delays, our policy will only provide limited coverage. We will refund the difference in cost between your chosen shipping method (express/expedited) and standard shipping.

For any limited coverage situations, customers are responsible for both return postage fees and replacement postage fees. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and a 30% handling/re-stocking fee based on the product’s unit price will be deducted when processing a refund.

Customers also have the option to request a coupon for their next purchase instead of returning the item.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges:

  • Products damaged by exposure to corrosive substances or chemicals.
  • Damage caused by misuse, mishandling, or poor maintenance.
  • Items that have been washed, worn, or soiled and are damaged due to the customer’s handling.
  • Products with customized text, photos, or personal design instructions.
  • Products that exceed the return processing time limit.
  • Partial returns or exchanges of products from a set item.
  • Items that were not the product itself, but only gifts or additional items included with the order.
  • Coupon codes or gift cards.

Important Note: All returns must be authorized by our team through email or our support center. Any items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Please also note that due to variations in display and production processes, the final color of the product may not be an exact match. We anticipate a color accuracy of approximately 70-90%.

Returns Procedure and Time-Frame

To ensure a smooth return process, please follow these steps:

  1. If your item is eligible for return (as outlined above), please submit a ticket to our Support Center with the following information:
    • Order number
    • Product name
    • Reason for return
  2. Our customer service team will respond to your request within 24 hours with the return address and any further instructions.
  3. Once we receive the returned item(s), we will send you an email notification and proceed with either an exchange or a refund within 3 business days.
  4. Please allow 3-6 business days for our after-sales team to process your request.
  5. For credit card refunds, please allow 7-14 business days for the transaction to be processed.
  6. For PayPal refunds, the transaction may take up to 48 hours to appear in your account.

Return Shipping Costs and Address

  • All shipping fees, including those for returns or exchanges, are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • We recommend contacting your local post office to confirm the actual return shipping fees and using the most affordable registered airmail method available.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please follow these steps:

  1. Double-check your bank account to ensure the refund hasn’t been credited.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted.
  3. Reach out to your bank, as there may be processing time involved before the refund appears.

Sale Items

Please note that sale items are not eligible for refunds. Only regular-priced items qualify for refunds.

Changing or Cancelling Orders

To change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible via [email protected] with your order number and the modification you wish to make. We’ll confirm once the modification or cancellation has been processed.

Please note that:

  • Orders can only be modified or canceled within 4 hours (weekdays) or 12 hours (weekends) of placing the order. After this window, the order is locked for processing and cannot be canceled.
  • A 30% management and transaction fee will be applied for cancellations.
