1. Order Processing Time

All products will be shipped within 3-5 business days unless otherwise stated. Our products are made-to-order, meaning each item is custom-made specifically for you. Once you place an order, our production process begins, and we create your item according to your specifications. As a result, there is a production time associated with each order.

2. Shipping Time

Once your order is processed, we offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery in 7-14 business days (excluding production time).
  • Express Shipping: Delivery in 6-11 business days (excluding production time).
  • Expedited Shipping: Delivery in 4-6 business days (excluding production time).

Our standard shipping carriers are automatically selected from USPS, FedEx, UPS, DHL, or YunExpress. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number to track your shipment.

(*Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Please contact us if you have a specific and urgent delivery date in mind before making your purchase.)

3. Delivery Time Calculation

  • Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

For example, if you place an order for a product, it will require 3-5 business days for processing and 7-14 business days for shipping (Standard Shipping). Therefore, you can expect to receive your order within 10-19 business days.

(*Please note that weekends and public holidays are not included in shipping times.)

4. Shipping Delays

Due to peak seasons or unforeseen circumstances, international shipments may experience delays. If your order is delayed, please contact us at [email protected], and we will promptly investigate the issue with the carrier.

5. Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible at [email protected] with your order number and the change you’d like to make. We will confirm once the modification or cancellation has been processed. However, please note that cancellations or changes are only possible within 4 hours (weekdays) or 12 hours (weekends) of placing the order. After that, the order is locked for processing and cannot be canceled.

A management and transaction fee (30% of your total order value) will be applied in the case of cancellations.

6. Taxes and Customs Fees

In some rare cases, your government may charge customs fees for your order. These fees are not imposed by our site, and you will be responsible for any charges incurred. We apologize for any inconvenience, but we have no control over customs authorities in your country.
